Exchange and Return Policy
1. Return & Refund Policy for Custom Orders
There are no returns as the product is made to customer size. If you receive any defective or damaged items, we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no cost to you. Simply contact us and we will work with you to arrange a repair or replacement, if possible, and issue a return label if necessary. If we are unable to replace or repair damaged items, you will receive a full refund for those items. Refunds will be made via the original method of payment.
Please keep the products in their original packaging if you want to exchange any products.
2. Shipping Policy
We deliver our products to all countries. Shipping will be done via a third-party courier. Delivery takes 15 to 30 business days, depending on the order and priority of purchase. (Please contact customer service if you have any questions.)
Note: Delivery times during discount periods may be longer than usual. However, delivery will not exceed one month
Delivery charges will be listed on the checkout page based on your country and location. To avoid any delivery delays, please provide your full address and contact details.
3. Payment Confirmation
Payment Confirmation Once payment is made, a confirmation notification will be sent to the customer via email within 24 hours of receiving the payment.
Note: The model cannot be modified during the discount period.
4. Reform Policy
If the customer wishes to repair or modify any of the products due to misuse, we will do what is necessary to satisfy our valued customers. However, the customer will only bear the shipping costs, and the necessary action will be taken within 30 business days.
